At this clinic, learn everything you ever wanted to know about taking care of your bike. This clinic is great for all athletes who ride their bikes, from bicycle racers to triathletes of all skill levels to fitness riders.
We encourage a “hands on” approach to learning how to work on your bike, so you’re absolutely welcome to bring your own bike/tools/etc and follow along as we go!
Topics include:
- Removing the wheels of your bike
- Changing a flat tire
- Adjusting your cables
- Adjusting the bolts on your bike
- Cleaning and lubing your chain and drivetrain
- Adjusting the derailleurs
- Adjusting other parts on your bike (saddle, brake pads, handlebars, etc)
