Sorry for the extended lapse in putting content on the website. My life got very busy (with all good things) in a short amount of time. Now that the racing season (for triathlon, at least) is pretty much over, things are settling down around the Pointy Helmet Coaching “office.” Gainesville in the summer is one of the worst places in the U.S. in which to get quality run training. It’s just too hot! In the heat, your body simply can’t run as fast at a given effort–there’s no way to cool down quickly enough. |
