For athletes on a budget, our pre-designed training plans are an excellent solution. We offer several plans of various duration and skill level, from Sprint to Ironman distance, and plans for dedicated runners and cyclists as well!
Our training plans are unique in that they include free UNLIMITED email consultation with a Pointy Helmet Coach for the duration of your plan! A coach will get back to you at least once per week with answers to any questions you may have about anything regarding your training plan. It’s personalized coaching without the monthly investment!
The training plans include detailed workout descriptions for each day of the plan, weekly notes for perspective on your training progress, “coach tips” that provide instruction on a variety of training topics, periodic benchmarking and performance testing and much more.
Choose a “beginner” plan if this is your first attempt at a particular distance. Choose an “experienced” plan if you’ve already completed the distance once or twice and are looking to increase your speed. Also, take a look at the sample week to gauge whether or not the plan is what you need–you should be able to complete the sample week with your current level of fitness without too much difficulty.
