Workshops
If you’re new to triathlons and looking to make the most of your time and money, Pointy Helmet Coaching offers workshops on how you can get started training for triathlons. In a small group setting, you’ll learn the principles of triathlon training that will help you become a faster and better athlete.
After each daily learning session, there will be a group workout complete with instruction from a Pointy Helmet coach. You’ll do a variety of bike, run, combination and other workouts, giving you a chance to try out the techniques from the learning session in a casual, supportive environment.

| Location: | Meetings will occur in a TBD park or other outdoor public venue, for easy access to cycling/running |
